The Cadmium Easel - This is made to handle paintings from small to 6 feet x 8 feet. You will find that it's like a rock, and as stable as ever. The easel can adjust up and down with ease because of it's counterweight balance. The front can be modified to have a palette and side ledges that can hold brushes and tools as well as being able to mix your paint in front of you. It can be built using common pine wood, or any hardwood you choose.
The size is 30" deep x 32" wide x 80" tall.
You can build this easel for under $250. Note that the cost will go up if you choose different hardwoods, but it is a fraction of an easel of similar size that you would buy from an art store. To order this easel, just click on the "BUY NOW" button above and it will take you to Paypal to purchase.
This front section taboret and workspace is an option to build and add onto the easel. Without it, you would use your own taboret or get a set of plans to build a taboret here on this site.
